  • Project Initiation: If the project has not yet started, the client can cancel at any time. A full refund will be provided, minus any administrative fees incurred.
  • Pre-Development Phase: If the project is in the pre-development phase (planning, wire framing, and design), the client can cancel the project. In this case, the client will be charged for the hours worked at the standard hourly rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Development Phase: If the project is in the active development phase, cancellation will result in a charge for the work completed up to the point of cancellation, based on the standard hourly rate. Any balance will be refunded.
  • Post-Development Phase: Once the project has been completed and delivered, cancellations are not accepted, and no refunds will be provided.

2. Cancellation by Originate Soft Pvt. Ltd.

  • Non-Payment: We reserve the right to cancel any project if the client fails to make the required payments as per the agreed schedule.
  • Violation of Terms: We may also cancel the project if the client violates the terms and conditions outlined in the service agreement. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Initial Deposit: The initial deposit is refundable only if the project is canceled before the start of the development phase. Once the development phase begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
  • Partial Refunds: If the project is canceled during the pre-development or development phases, partial refunds will be provided based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
  • Completed Projects: No refunds will be provided for completed projects that have been delivered and approved by the client.

2. Refund Process

  • Request for Refund: Clients must submit a written request for a refund via email to [Your Contact Email]. The request should include the project details and the reason for cancellation.
  • Refund Review: Our team will review the request and the project status to determine the eligible refund amount.
